Jerry’s first job was as a bus boy at a local supper club, which he bought 10 years later with three partners. He’s a member of the Delano Chamber of Commerce, Delano Lions, Minnesota Restaurant Association, and the MLBA (Minnesota Liquor and Beverage Association). Jerry has owned several different hospitality properties, and brings firsthand knowledge of the buying and selling experience to the brokerage field.
Jerry grew up in Litchfield, Minnesota and attended college in Dayton, Ohio. He lives in Delano with his wife, Angie, and their four children.

Dan has worked in the brokerage industry for the last six years – with HSC Business Brokers and with Coyote Logistics. As a Sales Executive with HSC he helps clients in the sale and purchase of their business and also provides tenant representation for clients searching for a second generation space. While in the logistics field, he actively managed LTL and freight operations for both larger and smaller businesses.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University, and while there was an active member in the Real Estate Association. He is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and is an active member in the Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association (MLBA).
Dan has lived most of his life in the North Metro part of the Twin Cities. He recently moved to Victoria, where he resides with his wife Christine, their son Charlie, and their dog, Linus. His hobbies include fishing, softball, hockey, cabin life and enjoying time with family and friends.

Steve has been helping clients in the real estate business since 2005. Specializing in small businesses, he has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to help buyer and seller attain their personal goals – which is key to a successful sales negotiation. He’s a licensed real estate agent in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and an active member of the MLBA.
Steve was born in Central Minnesota and graduated from Coon Rapids High School. He lives with his wife of 19 years, Cindy, in New Hope. He loves to fish and golf.

Rick is no stranger to the restaurant business. He first began in 1990 working in various positions with Byerly’s, Applebee’s, Mulligan’s, Lord Fletcher’s and Champp’s. As he gained experience in the industry, his passion and talent for being a restaurateur grew.
In 1998 he was hired as the Director of Operations for the Jacob Restaurant Group Inc. Through his 12 years with the company, they operated 7 restaurants including Nye’s Polonaise, Jake’s City Grille, and Jake’s Sports Café.
Rick decided in 2011 that it was time to operate his own restaurant with Republic, a craft beer bar in Minneapolis. In 2013 he added Red River Kitchen, a food truck operation that has locations in both Minneapolis and St Paul, and in 2015 was Dan Kelly’s Pub. In 2016 Republic opened in MSP airport. Rick also served on the board of the Minnesota Restaurant Association from 2011-2013.
In February 2017, Rick successfully sold the restaurants and the food truck operation. Rick knew he didn’t want to completely leave the restaurant business and he wanted to help others meet their restaurant dreams. He decided to pursue his passion of helping others by working with HSC Brokers. Rick is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Raised in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Rick now lives with his wife, KC, and their TWO sets of twin boys in Elk River, Minnesota.
Tomek Jan Kowalczuk
Tomek began as a bus boy at a corporate chain and since has held every position in both the Front and Back of the House in various hospitality operations over the past 11 years. He received his Associate’s in Culinary Arts and Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Kendall College in Chicago. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration degree an the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is an avid traveler and has applied his culinary and hospitality skills across a dozen countries and three continents including remote mountain locations and super yachts. He pairs this knowledge with prior real-estate experience at First Weber.
Tomek also has 5 years active military experience.
